I just noticed today that there appears to be some bubbling and rust on the swing arm near the bolt. The chain side looks OK but the brake side looks a bit suspicious. Overall the bike is rust free apart from some minor surface rust under the triple tree. It is rarely ridden in the rain and the rest of the Frame looks fine.
I'm wondering if this is just something minor of if I should remove the wheel and do some surface grinding and repainting.
Opinions welcome.
