Title: Hey getting new bike in the next year!!!
Post by: jtenright on March 04, 2004, 10:53:36 PM
love my bike, but I LOVE projects

2 choices old Triumph/BSA vs. Harley

I am leaning towards a Triumph or BSA (Lighter!!!!British!!!more original!!!)
60s-70s
hardtail conversion or Plunger
w/ dragbar and spoke rimz!!!
just sounds fun to me and a pain in the ass ;)

My dad had 2 harleys and a Triumph chopper in the 60s he liked the Triumph the bst and said it was way faster

i want to restore a radian 600 to mint shape, but i would much rather do a triumph. Only problem is that they are so rare around me up in the great white north... So ill stick with looking for a radian...

Triumph by far, classier, more accepted by both groups (bikers and motorcyclists), and the parts are less expensive than any other make.

I used to work for Raber's Parts Mart, Triumph, BSA, Norton.
