Never had the front pin seized, but am guessing it's similar to the rears:
You'll need a pair of thin nose lock pliers (Molegrips) - lock them onto the pin, dribble WD40 onto to ends, gently agitate the pin repeatedly, around and back'n'forth - after about 6 hours of this it will eventually break free - let the WD40 steep and be very Zen about your end goal...
When it finally loosens, replace with shiny new one and lightly coat seating areas with coppaslip. Needless to say avoid getting WD40 or coppaslip on the disc at all costs  :icon_eek:
Best of luck and know that patience is the highest virtue, ommmmm   :D

Thanks for the advice - getting any kind of movement would be a step in a good dirrection . I have some old molegrips I hope they are grippy enough for I see no moles around here scurrying along with more grips ... I`ll post in post ommmm :D
