After oil/filter change I've got an oil leakage:

But the oil cap is dry, I don't believe it's the sealing washer problem:

Could it be an old oil pan's gasket which should be changed?

I vote oil pan gasket. I did mine a few years ago when I had leaks similar to that.
You get the new O ring under the filter hatch seated correctly ?

Guys its definitely oil gasket - I opened the pan and the old gasket is really fragile like a glass. I can order a new one via Ebay, but it means up to 1 month waiting the delivery. Would it be a problem if I order the new one at one of those companies which making gaskets for any engines? Probably it would be a little bit thicker then original one. Could be any problem out of it?

When I replaced mine I bought OEM from Motosport. I've never used any other gaskets than OEM but I've read on here and on the group where others have had no problems with different gaskets :dunno_black:
Does the company you're looking at offer any guarantees on the gaskets they make ?

Its a paper gasket. Draw it over a piece of gasket paper and cut it. You actually can cut it from a beer carton but you have to sand the printed surface off. Done both, in fact on some bikes I get more life out of those than I do actual gaskets and they are available in thicker material if you need, so on my MZ that's what I'm running, it held up a lot better than the original.

Or just buy propper gasket material and cut it out. make sure you dont mix up early or late gaskets (with without oil cooler) or a DPO did , they are different and will destroy your bike .

Well this one I didn't get ((( I just asked a guy who does gaskets for any types of motors to make few gaskets for me using the material he always uses. He said, according to his experience it works well with any kinds of machines. So could you kindly clarify which type of gasket could kill the engine and how could I recognize it?

I think the newer pan has a few different oil passage holes cos it has an oil cooler.
But you make it to the pattern of the pan using the old gasket as a template and you should be fine.

Yeah well I made a new one, gonna put it back, and now REALLY stupid question, sorry for that )) I can't find the oil of the same manufacturer. Could I change the oil to another keeping the same oil filter, cause it's still new? What should I do for that - should I remove the filter and clean it somehow?

You can replace the oil without replacing the filter. No issues there.
Some people only replace the filter on every other oil change (I don't recommend it).

Probably wont be an issue. However why don't you clean the area around the drain plug and drain it into a pan that is clean, and reuse it, its got no miles on it. Just don't get external dirt on it (easier said than done I know) or better yet, stay with same oil so filter and engine have the same.
I dunno just seeing to save you some $$$.
