These pop right on, arrived in 3 days. They leave my legs less cramped. Still tight compared to an ADV bike but far more livable. I thought of making the lowering plates, but it would take me a whole day. Could not find where to buy the plates.
They look like not flat to the ground based on brake lever, but feel fine. I can adjust with shims under, if I need to. I think these are likely to not stay wit the bike if I ever sell it. Should fit other Suzukis. I love Suzukis.
Those look good on the bike!
I almost ordered those for another bike, a BMW, but just wasn't sure about fitting. Ended up paying a lot more for lowering adapters from Suburban Machining.
Is there enough adjustment in the brake lever to put it in the right spot?
On the GS I prefer the pegs be pointed forward rather than level with the ground. Since, even with lowered pegs, your knee isn't at a 90 degree angle so your foot naturally ends up slightly angled on the peg. Angling the peg to match your foot gives you more contact with the peg.
Yes on adjustability
All the way down on brake and back one turn
One tooth done on gear lever
Looks good to me! I am quite tall for the gs, these would somewhat solve the problem! Let's save some googling time and can you drop a link where you bought! Straight from knight desings?
Edit: Some good info especially for newbie like me: http://wiki.gstwins.com/index.php?n=Upgrades.Pegs
