I just notice that gas is leaking from the carburetor when I switch to reserve. I can see that it's leaking from the middle of the 2 cabs. I will have to take the tank off and get a closer look, but want to see if any one has any idea where the leak could be. I suspect the fuel hose to the Cab, but why only on reserve. Note: I was warming the bike up, so I had the choke on as well, so could it be from flooding the CAB?

There is only one hose running to the carb. Its probably leaking from the petcock when it's switched to reserve and then running down the hose and dripping off at the carb.
Leaks run downhill, feel up the hose for the highest part that's wet with gas.
Gas is running down from the middle of the cab, not just a little leak, by the time I notice. I switch back to ON, but gas still running, so I had to turn the bike off, and gas stop running down after a while. It was cold, and the bike keep stalling, so I had the choke on full, and also throttle up to keep the bike running, so is it possible that I flood the cab?
Are you sure you're putting it in reserve and not prime?
If its on prime then gas will flow freely and overflow if your float/needle and seat is not sealing correctly. Reserve runs off the vacuum actuated petcock just like on does.
+ 1 for checking hoses upstream, especially near the tank where they are hard to insert especially if thick aftermarket hoses.
However, if it leaks in ON and RES and stops when you stop the bike, that means the petcock is working (stops when engine vacuum stops) and it's probably the needle sticking. THis will overflow when the bike is running in any of the three setting (run res prime). try knocking the carb bowl with the plastic end of a screwdriver, it can work sometimes.
Otherwise you must remove carbs and clean the needle seat. put it back together with cap screws and then you can remove bowls on the bike in future. Fiddly but still quicker.

Getting to the carbs is a really simple job that is worth learning how to do with confidence. The first time did take around an hour and I made a mess but after doing it a few times in my GS's resurrection I can no do it in 10 minutes tops. Total mechanical novice as well.
I found the problem. I don't know why it only happen when I am on reserve, but the problem is the Float got stuck open. Clean and readjust the float, and it's all good now.
probably because your gas level was low?
