This may be a big ask but I'm looking for someone in Melbourne I can borrow an ECU from for my 1997 model 500E. I'm trouble shooting no spark and seem to have narrowed it down to this. The bikes now at a shop and they have asked if I can get one for them to test as they only have a later version.
I'm after the one as attached, 2 plugs, one with 4 plugs (and 4 wires), the second with 3 plugs ad 3 wires.
Ant help much appreciated and happy to throw a slab your way to sweeten the deal :)

I think I've got one, but I'm an hour west of Melbourne.

Just checked my spare, and it's off a 2009 model too, so I don't think it'd fit, I think you need a pre 2004 one, let's hope someone else has one.
