Hey Legends, got a new one for you.
I seem to of done something to of stuffed my bike up. All i had done was replace grips and was moving some wiring under the seat (but mostly just electricals dont know why anything there would link to the throttle/acceleration ).
But for some reason when i turn her on now, bike will idle for about 1-2 seconds and then slowly just starts to rev/accelerate.
This is not touching the throttle what so ever. Throttle feels as normal, its still flicking back as it should.
Need some assitance on isolatiing what this issue might be, let me know if anyone has any thoughts or knwledge on this issue.
Much thanks in advance, Max

Let me know if you have any ideas.
Cheers
You took the slack out of throttle cable ?? Does it have any free play ?
Cool.
Buddha.
When you moved the wiring under the seat did you dislodge or kink one of the carbs vaccuum hoses?
You'll have to take the tank off to check.
Hope that helps...
mmmmmm that sounds like a decent idea moe. im gonna check it now and report back.
Does anyone know what this Hose is ???
could it be the culprit
Found it disconnected and not sure where it goes.
looks like it exits to open undeneath.

What is the other end of the hose connected to ? If it is the airbox, it needs to be capped down at the bottom.
If not, it should be left open to air.
Cool.
Buddha.
yeah thats what i was sayin and as you could see in the pic, at ent (bottom) it exits to open air. at top .... i have no idea.
really cant see anywhere it would of been plugged into
The two diagrams at the bottom of this link should help you. It also wouldn't hurt to make sure everything else is hooked up correctly while you're at it.

That pipe is the airbox drain.
Your problem is probably down to an incorrectly routed throttle and/or choke cable.
Sledge , you right thanks for that mate. helped narrow down the issue and isolate the problem
in the end was able to get it fixed. problem is trouble shooted so many issues, not positive what the exact issue was.
but thansk for everyones help !
