Renntec makes really good stuff. I had this rack at one point before I switched the hepco & becker rack that can carry more weight. I also have the renntec engine bars which are the strongest design IMHO and the only ones that can be used with the F model fairings. They use high quality components and the designs and construction are top notch.
I will say, this rack is not a good option if you plan on putting a big top box on it and then loading it up with 30 or 40 lbs of stuff. I know from experience it will crack the grab handle mounting points. Its a great rack if you want to throw a smaller soft tail bag or something like that on there. It has a very clean look on the bike compared to the Givi or Hepco & Becker racks which are very bulky and interrupt the bike's styling.
