Title: 2007 gs500 tacho wiring

Hi, i'm refitting the origonal gauges as it crappy aftermarket ones on it. On the tacho it only has the bulb wiring on it at mo. Can anyone tell me wich of the small wires circled in pic the are as i need to redo them as wiring has been chopped thanks

Can you let us know what you learned? I'm having an issue with a bouncing tach needle after replacing my tach and speedo gaskets. Wondering if I screwed up the wiring somehow. Knowing what each color does would be helpful.

I would start cleaning the connectors and ensuring you have good ground. (b/w wire)
orange wire has 12v from the sidestand switch
and the 3rd wire come from the igniter with the pulsed signal.

Also consider interference, have you installed something new?
