Title: Changing out lights
Post by: CaptRick on August 26, 2025, 12:15:34 PM
96 GS500E so changing out my lights to new LEDs I did the fronts first with just the turn signals everything was fine they were working perfectly good had no issues.  Then I started working on the rear which is a LED Single running brake turn signal combo. Now when I go to turn a turn signal on the two front turn signals both start blinking as does the tail turn signal.
If I unplug from the tail light the two turn signal wires which are both yellow and plug back in the factory turn signals then they work correctly again.
I even tried hooking up two more of the same front turn signals as I bought four of them and I get the same response of all four of them blinking.
If anybody's got any ideas I'm up for listening.

this was discussed previously, its normal, change the flasher for a electronic -led compatible or go back to incandescentr bulbs(better IMO)

look at my previous post. it was sorted there. you need to add a few diodes. its not hard to do. Idid it a few months back with no issues.
