"Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive..."
Will Shakespeare.

This is similar to the lemon CBR600FI thread, but this time we have both parties present for scrutiny.  I'd be surprised if Will is in the same business next month.  However, this isn't the first character in the motorsikkle bidness who doesn't quite do business by the book.  Caveat emptor, baybee...

Whah??? You are kidding, right?

Whether there's shipping involved or not, a dishonest man, is a dishonest man.  And why the hell would you want to give this thumbdick any business?  I can see only one good reason you might want to go there in person.

There is a link (I believe in that thread) about another bike he has for sale on the WERA board. The bike is located in Greenville, SC and he is in Texas. It was purchased through an auction. How does he really know the condition without inspecting the bike? The bikes he sells are mostly wrecks with salvage titles.

Let me clerify, I'm not planning on buying a bike from this guy. I love my gs with its clean title. I was just curious about this and other places selling salvaged bikes, and I read the thread about this guy in texas and he doesnt deserve any buisness from anyone if he's going to treat customers like that.

Long story short I WASNT SERIOUS

Whoa, that makes me sick just to look at it. The guy not only didn't ship the bike when he said he had (several times), or the title (several times) he also misrepresented the bike as something it wasn't!

Yeah, definatly beware of this guy.  :guns:

Buyer should contact his local D.A. or file a civil complaint. He doesn't necessarily need an attorney, but he obviously needs to take some legal action to rectify the situation.
