The winter waiting is over!...picked up the bike last night and rode it yesterday and today, once it got warmed up it was runnin real sweet. I am sick of the coldbloodedness of it, so I am goin to jet. I have stock everything, but its a 2002 (best looking gs so far) and I need to know the proper jets to put it. I have heard some people putting bleeders in but I also have heard that those make the gs real sloppy...HELP!!

2001 and on carbs are completely different from the earlier ones - the stock pilot jet is a 17.5 bleeder type Mikuni and should be replaced by the next size up - a # 20 bleeder - not the #40 non-bleed type used as the upgrade in earlier bikes. In my area any good dealer has these in stock.
The 2001 added a mid-main jet - I do not remember the stock size off hand, but installing the next larger size to a stock bike will help - Some have reported going up two sizes on bikes with K&N type pod filters and exhaust systems. Placing one or two thin machine washer under the clip that holds the needle (assuming that you have a US bike with the non-adjustable needle) helps both the 2001 nad on and the older bikes. Some have indicated that increasing the mid-main reduces the need for raising the needle.
Increasing the main from its stock 127.5 to 130 seems to help top end response a bit. If you put a K&N in the airbox make that 132.5 or 135. Add a slip-on and go up to about 137.5. Go with the K&N pod filters and the stock exhaust and somewhere around 140 or 142.5 is about right and for the full exhaust and pods around 150 works great.
Jetting is always a compromise - stock is looking to meet emmissions standards and still be rideable. These directions are for making it more rideable than stock- They will be close - you may need to go one larger or one smaller on any of the jets because of altitude, temperature, riding style or specific exhaust system - if you want perfect, go for an exhaust gas analyzer and a dyno.
