Wow, that shock looks brand new.
Now that you have the lowered RGV forks and a raised rear, does it still turn alright ?

I just installed a Bandit 1200 shock and it is pretty cool.

One of the problems with the Muzzy's ZX lowering links (you can see the tops of them in the pic) was that it made the bike TOO low, about 2 1/2 inches lower than stock. The B12 shock is about a 1/4 inch longer than the stock GS unit, so adding this brought the drop back to a more reasonable 1 1/2.

The best thing about this shock (besides being shiney and clean) is that it has a rebound control, and the preload adjuster has twice the settings and is at the top of the shock where its much easier to get at.
Also from riding it and looking at the stock Bandit lever that came with it, it seems the valving is pretty close to spot on.
