The album has been made public... Hopefully that has solved the problem... if not the password is GS500E  -  Case sensitive.

Title: Please check it out...
Post by: The Buddha on March 24, 2004, 09:13:41 AM
Please check the pics out... the bar end pics especially... I had to sand off the powder coating on the bar end to fit it... The powder is varying thicknesses in different ones... and from make to make. So a little rough sanding will get it to fit inside the bar... didn't want to take out another 16th of the bar for that. The rubber portion of the bar end needs to be shaved as well... and I didn't show that... cos well shaving rubber is easier than anything.. or use some radiator hose in place of that rubber piece. I drilled the bars to 1/2 inch depth to a 11/16th diameter. a 3/4th would be the next size up and would have been too thin.
