Title: clutch effort?

is there a way to adjust the amount of effort required to pull the clutch lever?  mine feels kinda tight.

You can adjust the freeplay.  You should be able to pull the clutch lever about a half-inch before you hit the resistance.  However, once you hit that resistance, I don't think the amount of resistance is intended to be adjustable.

try lubing the cable, my clutch gave me pain in my left hand but then I lubed it and now its light as a feather

yeah a GS shouldn't have a really hard clutch pull.

i'll try lubing it.  i've already adjusted the slack in the cable to my liking.
