1) What should I use to remove the "WARNING" sticker from right above the gas cap?
2) Any suggestions for (easily) removing the writing (GS500) on the rear plastics?
Much appreciated.
Heat works about the best. Either a heat gun or a blowdryer :thumb:
Also, use something like an old credit card while heating up the text/pinstripe/etc. I started yesterday. Very slow process. I should be done by summer 2005.
Believe it or not, but peanutbutter works great on the tank. I tryed to just peel my sticker off not useing heat or anything like that. Bad Idea. For about three weeks I tryed to scrape the leftover adhesive with my fingernail. Then one day while working on it my mom came out, slaped some peanutbutter on it and it was clean in about 10 minutes
