im a newbie.. what does squid mean? or squidly? im confused :dunno:
squidly=supid=noobies trying to do something they have no clue how to do...
FYI-it's not good to be labeled a squid
actually it's a combo of 2 words, squirly kid aka squid, someone doing young imature childish things, they may not be a kid, but they doing stupid kid like things that only a squirly kid may do.
ahhhh i c!!! :thumb:
an example is someone who buys a supersport bike for their first bike cause they want to look cool. then they go out and wear a baseball cap backwards, no shirt, cargo shorts, and flip flop sandals when they ride.
that's my epitome of a squid.
I've researched this extensively and there are like five-hundred-million different answers to your question... the most popular are (in no particular order):
SUirrely kID
One who can't control their bike, and so end up flailing around like a squid.
One who rides without sufficient protection... soft tissue... squid.. get it?
My personal favorite: the road squid moves in a similar fashion to that of its oceanic counterpart: by darting rapidly in a straight line, but needing to come to nearly a complete stop to turn
basically, a squid is not something you want to be called ;)
squirly ass kid
