Mikuni jets are available from many places like bike bandit, or cycle gear or many local bike stores. 40 pilots and 127.5 mians for a airbox K&N and pipe. Maybe 125 if you want to put the restrictor in. Haven't tried it so I dunno. #2 Washers are from Lowes... get them in brass or stainless or aluminum... not steel. I'd try 2 washers under each needle and set air screw to 3 turns out as a starting point.
Cool.

Does the V&H full exhaust affect the jetting?  I've already gone to K&N drop in with 40/127.5.  I'm thinking about doing the full eventually but I'm not sure if I'd need to do a rejet.

:dunno:

Title: Slip on...
Post by: The Buddha on April 14, 2004, 11:30:15 AM
Slip on to full system is no difference... 127.5 for either, 127.5 would have felt very rich if you had stock pipe... so I guess you have a slip on. Else... check the floats or some like that... somehitng is wrong.
Cool.
