check the oil
try to be more gentle to the lady,
or just kick the shaZam! of it hehe, not really.

try just rolling it back and forth while pulling up from first

good luck

have tried to roll it back and forth while shifting.I know it isnt the light, have to start with the clutch held and kick stand up. found it by accident downshifting for  a tight corner but couldnt get it back.oil is fine.first thing i checked.
