does anybody know if a stock set of gs450 pipes will fit on a 500? thanks

Not be a smartass but why? Unless you damaged your oem and need some more. You may want to look at getting the v&H or yosh.

I low sided last spring scratched it up real good and cut it off.  now i am looking for something a little lower on the decible scale.
