Title: Cobra F1R Help
Post by: Stime187 on April 30, 2004, 11:25:34 AM
So everyone here's the deal...

I just bought a Cobra F1R slip on from Adam R on the board. The muffler has one gash in it and one crack around outlet that need to be welded before it can go on the bike (note: I knew about these, it was priced accordingly). So I take it to a muffler shop assuming they can fix it and the guy tells me they can't touch it because it's Aluminum. So is the muffler really made from aluminum?? It sure didnt seem like it to me even though it is light...  :dunno: but he said it was for sure and he wouldn't weld it.

So now what?

Thanks guys,
Scott
