Title: Header cuff

So i just noticed the two screws came out of my header cuff, now it's just dangling...

Does anyone know the size of these two screws?  i'ts not in my service manual, and the left side screws are rusted in there prety good.

DOH!

They are 8mm hex cap screws. I'm not sure of their length, but I think they are specal heat treated anyway, so you should buy OEM ones.

I would also check the threads in the cylinder head and make sure they are not stripped.

You may want to change the other side too.  If you choose to take them out, SOAK!!! the area with PB Blaster, and take it easy.  I've found that PB is far better than WD40 for unsticking bolts(as well as lubing locks and such).

Or a blowtorch, that usually gets em off, ya have to be careful of the engine though!  :cheers:
