Title: Who has spare throttle sleeve for cheap? 10 bucks or less

cause of my bike falling over and bar end breaking off, there is a bur causing the trottle sleeve to stick and its shatter at the end in a couple places.

Mine did that too. The shatter thing. But it still works fine.
