I definitely want to upgrade my rear suspension, saw this on Ebay, do you think it will fit?

If you got to pod filters (remove the airbox) it might....
But as a direct bolt in it wont.

You want an early 90's gsxr shock...or a Katana 600/750 shock...

you are right...the airbox wont let it fit.
