I recently had some work done on my bike, new chain, stator, and oil change.
about a week of riding it after i got it i'm leaking oil, big time.
So i go back and check my reciept and the dealer charged me for 4 quarts of oil. :x I feel like such a retard for not noticing when i picked it up. we all know the gs only takes 3 quarts...
So should i take it back to the same retards and have them figure out what's leaking and if its from them over filling it or just scrub the mission and look for someone else who'll work on it? :dunno:
I think with an oil filter change it takes 3.2 qts so they'd have to charge you for the 4th. I may be wrong but I seem to remember it taking just over 3 qts with filter change.
You should take it back anyway if its leaking after their service.
Have you aahh, checked the oil?
Looked for where the oil is coming from?
Things to check before you go barging in there all fired up, of course, if it's leaking from the filler cap that's missing, go ahead, flame away! ;)
