Title: What is re-jetting

what is it exactly and who has exhaust on their bikes.  I guess exhaust and re-jetting go together

Re-jetting is the replacing of the jets in the carburetors to change the air/fuel ratio. Changing the exhaust also affects the air/fuel ratio, thus you have to correct the change in the carburetors to compensate for the new exhaust.
