Been having fun doing some work-related, off-road ATV stuff and decided to get back into road bikes after 15 years. Just bought a '99 GS500E and have a few questions... What octane fuel is recommended? What general riding RPMs does this bike seem to like best?

I used unleaded regular...and most of the rpm action is in the 5k+ range....enjoy the GS... :cheers: :thumb:
