Title: Just sold the GS
Post by: Traveler on June 10, 2004, 09:32:06 PM
Couldn't justify 2 bikes, 2 cars, 2 mountain bikes (well, 4 actually)and 1 pair of roller blades, so the GS just rolled out the door, leaving a hole but I have a cash bandaid to make me feel better. I told the buyer about GSTwin and she  has already been looking in, so you have not lost a reader, but gained a babe. (Politically incorrect, but accurate).
I will continue to enjoy this site, but must now root through all the BMW K75 chatgroups to find out "how to". If they're half as responsive as y'all, it'll be just fine.
Thanks and Ciao.

Don't think you can ever justify rollerblades. :P

Right you are, Chimivee, especially hard to change gears in them, too. ;)

Funny that you should mention rollerblades. When one of my sisters (I have two) found out I was buying a motorcycle, she decided to have a "talk" with me. She sat me down, and told me a little story:

"When I was dating an ex-boyfriend, I bought a pair of rollerblades because he liked to go out rollerblading. After we broke up, I've used them twice. So I hope this isn't going to be a very expensive pair of rollerblades for you."

Aww. Isn't she so sweet worrying about me like that? Heehee. My bike is so much fun. I don't care what happens, I'm riding.  :)
