Do you fellow GS500 riders / owners have any suggestions for frame sliders?

Their web site is nearly worthless. You'll have to call them

No bike year was specified.

With the ones from LP, I am sure you will have to cut the fairings on the 04 anyway. Most "no-cut" frame sliders are a waste of money.

it is true because they either snap off or dig in and your bike turns into a bouncing ball.  in reality most sliders are just eye candy....they can save some parts but not a lot expecially if high sided.
