i always wanted to own a motorcycle for 1 dollar....
jusyt imagine how funny tht would be!!
Now I'd buy that for a dollar! :nana:
well, even if i bought it for a dollor, the trip to jersey would cost me nearly a grand with time off work and gas prices for my truck.... so your safe...lol (plus, I already got one off e-bay... don't need another...)
Its up to $1.25, too rich for my blood :o
man he's playing dangerously with no reserve price. ballsy.
Or it's not his bike, and he needs to fence it quickly.
I'd suggest contacting the seller for a title # and doing a check on it.
Could be salvage title, but hey right now with my GS not running, I'd buy that bike for $500 if it went down the road in a straight line and wasn't stolen.
Plus it would not be the first time I've bought a GS off ebay from someone in Jersey..... Might be able to talk the wife into another trip to Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash in Red Bank.
The funniest thing is that he wants a $550 deposit!
yeah, personally i don't know anyone who would sell their own motorcycle that they cared about starting at $1. anyone who respects their bike, and wants it to go to a good home wouldn't do that. doesn't feel right to me.
The auction was listed wrong. I bet it gets pulled soon or he won't sell it for the winning bid. Definately check with the seller to make sure it's legit.
up to $100 now.
Then again when I was looking for a ninja 250 a few years back I had seen several auctions like this end up well over 2 grand.
Depends on the bike popularity/rarity and the condition.
I bet if I put a brand new S4 up for $1 I'd get close to, if not slightly over what I paid for it by the end of the auction.
