Sorry my friend, didnt mean to derail your writeup. back to the bike now Eh?, am a huge fan of what youve done thusfar. the gauge on tank, and everything else. about th eonly thing i didnt particularly like is the colourscheme. am a fan of gloss myself. ( shiny) matte/flat is slowly becoming a new favourite of mine, but its an acquired taste.

Why doesn't you sprocket hit the clutch actuator assembly?

  good question. Answer is... because I've remade it. I moved out clutch cap few mm and grind inside of the cap to get some xtra space. And finally shortened clutch actuator arm a lil bit and reweld it on the other side of the sprocket, it is now xtremally hard to assembly my system especially clutch cable, good for me that it is working perfectly from the first time and I dont need to reassemly it many times  .

  It's time to make sth new out of my GS. I'm collecting parts for my new project. I'm going to build SUELLONDILIA 500 (donors SUzuki buELL hONDa aprILIA). Hopefully it will be first shaft driven GS ever built, correct me if I'm wrong  . GREETS for all GS fans.
