Did you keep drawings of your muffler?  I'm trying to do the same thing.  I'd really appreciate anything that you might have on it that might help me.

Those are like the exhaust on my tank.  Still cool, but I'd like to have mine under the body.  My budget is running short, and I can't buy a slip-on.  I'm going to a K&N, and I want the exhaust for reliable re-jetting. 
I'll just fab up my own, I guess.  Did you go with a flow-through design, or a chambered design?  Did you drill the pipe, and put in some sort of packing?  I'm already considered somewhat of a redneck, unfortunately, and I'm trying to limit the effect of a loud exhaust on my reputation.

I designed A free flow silencer it's preety loud. This drilled pipe and fieberglass packing I use to get nicer sound (sraight pipe souds like a tractor exhaust) I've tried some solutions before I welded the silencer and this fits me just fine I'll  put some video with sound as soon as I get it back in one piece.

Well, upon further reflection...

I'm going to keep mine stock.  I really didn't buy it to modify very much, and that's where it's headed if i do much more to it.  Thank you very much, though.  Have fun with yours!

I just got firefox... and now i know what ive been missing! NICE BIKE! Ive been trying to come up with a way to do an underbody exhaust like that... maybe ill just have to fab one up like yours... but anyway... very nice work!

There's no engine so the back looks a bit high, and there's no seat so how can you tell that it will be uncomfy  be sure it's gonna be just fine

Your wish is my order  But I've got no nice fresh pics I'm working on it, and my output shaft is almost ready. Final painting and assembly after some testrides (hopefully in early january)
