Hello, I'm new to this forum and biker. I bought a good '89 Suzuki GS500 last month and looking to doing some streetfighter stuff on it and like to ask you a few questions before I process. Anyway, here's the picture I took when I first bought it.

I decided to get rid of the ugly mirror and replace to a CNC mirrors.

I'm thinking about doing some other stuff on it such as LED signals, xenon bulb for headlight, led taillights, GSXR rear pegs and cut off the plastic piece off under the back seat. Thinking about get rid of the center stand, but not going to throw it away.

Okay, my question is about the speedometer. I wondering will the strip of LED able to fit inside the meters if I wanted to mod it? My tachometer bulbs went out and thought about putting the LED in it, but it doesn't provided one for GS500.

Thanks

Thanks, I found the page which is was only few topic below me. I knew it would be a wedge base bulb. I'm afraid to take the speedometer apart because it been raining for a whole week and I don't want to ruin my tachometer cable. So, my friend tried to help me and found the item number for it and he figured that it must be using old twist style base bulb.
