Need help with ignition system

So, I picked up this project and the wiring harness was all FUBAR. I got all the lighting working, but can't figure out the ignition and charging. Starter button does turn over the motor, but no spark to plugs. The harness was so bad that I don't even know if I have everything hooked up right. Any help would be appreciated.

If not, get one and a meter.
The WIKI has wiring diagrams and you can locate them on the internet.

I have a wiring diagram and tester, but have no experience using either. Lol
This will deffinately be a learning experience.

Someone wanna explain how to test plug wire, coils, and other parts of the system I should know. Thanks

Coils tested bad so I changed them out. Still wouldn't start so I changed out the CDI, Bingo, she fired right up. Now I need to mount the rear master cylinder and adjust the clutch.
