Getting Keys Made.....

Hello.  I am trying to get a spare key made for my 1990 GS500e (I currently have only one key that works.)  Does anyone know of any chain stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Autozone, Pepboys, etc) that cuts motorcycle keys?  I have two key blanks, one of which I tried getting cut at Pep Boys, but wouldn't work in the ignition.  I am hoping to find a place to cut the other, hopefully in a capacity that would actually work.  I am also, of course, not averse to ditching the blank and using one of theirs as long as it works.

Thanks!

Have you tried a Suzuki dealer? Possibly not the cheapest, but then again, might well be given that mine does not charge for keys that don't work. I also have a 1990, and it was a bit difficult to get right as the key has worn over time.

just call up a couple of lock smiths, i had 2 made for like 12 bucks or something. they even work better than the original.

get someone who does it all day not some 18yr old kid who spent 15 minutes checking boxes for training.
