just got my bandit 400 wheel on, and either i have the wrong spacers or somthing else is wrong or everything oddly fell inline, i added one spacer to what i allready have on the outside of the sproket, about 4mm, the spacer inside the carrior seems perfect, and added another axle "adjustment pointer plate" between brake caliper mount and swingarm and didnt bend the brake stay arm.  im running a 150/60/17 mich on it and still have about 1/8 inch clearence between chain and tire, and brake stay arm and tire.didnt even have to space the sproket out on the carrior. seems evenly spaced between swingarm spars and chain is straight. have had no odd wear on rear tires prior,(other then when the slider backing plates bent when i didnt tighten the axle nut enough).    i just dont know :dunno:  seems right, no odd shakes, goes down the road straight.

I dont remember there being a need to adjust the sprocket location when installing this wheel. I think the spacer(s) called for were only necessary because the bandit400 wheel is different width at hub than gs wheel.

A 150/60/17 fits clearance-wise on stock rim without rubbing chain on tire or tire on brake stay arm so I dont see why it would be an issue mounted on a 1/2" wider rim.

You'll like the 150/60 tires you can get... :thumb:

yeah, i ran the 150 on the stock rim before, but wanted to be able to put 160's on, i can get take offs in that series alot easyer.

the thing is, i didnt have to add alot like your page said, overall i think i added 4.5mm total, and 4 of that was between the carrior and the swingarm on chain side.  one axle washer width on the brake caliper mount side. and everything seems to be centered and clears, i might have to bend brake stay arm a touch to clear a 160, but might not.
