oh ya, stupid f%$king 3 year old kid. she shoulda known better than to take those 2 steps off our lawn into the culdasac, with a grand total of 7 houses in the neighborhood. i didn't know it was a drag strip. i'm not on your case at all. seriously. read it subjectivly. but for oyu to think you're at 0 fault and he's at all fault is ludicrious in my opinion. don't be mad at me. like i said in my last post, i'm on your side in it all. i just don't like how you're assuming such a small responsibility. and you're damn right i speed. i go 75 on a 55 to work all the time. but i don't go 20 over on a 25mph road.  i keep up with the flow of traffic. i'd love to see a neighborhood where the flow is 40-45mph. the last thing i'm doing is acting high and mighty. the first thing i'm doing is trying to show you where the guy is coming from.

Dude, i totally agree... i was speeding... like i've said many times. Yes, that was my fault, and that's why i made the effort to talk to him without beating his head in.

Oh, to address the statement before... i DO consider it attempted homicide... why? Because all he had to do was hit me with his elbow or closeline me and i'd be down... or out of control and i'd be: ?

But yes, children should be taught not to cross/go into the street: they do know the difference.

I mean, at what point do you have to accept that a child/person/animal has control on his/her actions? Maybe it's natural selection  :dunno:

that's how i grew up. maybe i'm weird, OR maybe i grew up in a place that had unknown people come down the street at varying speeds at irregular times of the day with differing vehicles.........................

like every neighborhood.

But seriously tho, i'm done with this thread. i just think it's fun to keep reading people's comments.
