Hey!

I've noticed that my tacho got a little jumpy - riding at constant speed it sometimes drops and jumps back - in the range of 2000 RPM...

Has anyone ever had that? Could it just be the tacho cable?

i have that problem but mine is jumping all the time.....when i'm accelerating it will go from 5000 to 9000 rpm in 1 sec and that's in 5th gear
god i wish it could accelerate that fast :D

You could try pulling the cable and cleaning it and then relubing with a dry-type lube such as graphite. Love the bike and the forum.

I have always used a high speed wheel bearing grease.
