adhesive for engine case stickers

the suzuki sticker one the right side of the engine (i believe it's on the generator cover) is peeling away.
it was mucked up in a fall and i tried to take it off before realizing it was more than cosmetic.
any suggestions for what kind of adhesive to use to stick it back on firmly?
