How much Oil is too much?

I put 3.5L in my GS500 the last oil change (yesterday), the manual says 3.2.  It is past the F mark, but there is no oil on the circular portion (the rod portion) of the dipstick or anything like that.  Do I need to suck some out or can I just let the GS burn it off?

Never mind.  After the turkey baster trick failed I just unscrewed the drain plug and screwed it back in (warm oil does not feel good).  Now sitting at perfect.
