Converted a GS for off pavement use?  Reason I ask is that I was poking around somewhere and found a Kawasaki KLE.  It's an off road version of the Ninja.  At least that's what it looks like.  It started me thinking...

not enough suspension travel.
You COULD convert it, but I would imagine the cost would be too high.
