My roomate almost did that on my old Yamaha YG1.  I was letting my roomates ride it in the parking lot, apparently she forgot to that you have to pull the clutch in while stopping.  The bike kept going and going, right towards my friend's highly prized eagle talon.  She finally grabbed enough brake and stalled the bike, about a foot away from the car.  Too bad I didn't catch the look on talon owners face at the time, it was probably priceless.

A friend of mine pressed the gas pedal instead of brakes while parking my car at the curb. He had 3 years of driving experience but somehow did that. Luckily no major damage.

Hey where's the safety gear?... :nono:  :nono:  :nono:  :nono:  :nono:

well atleast he didn't rev it above 5k or so...so the motor should still be good  And he did check his blind spot before entering into traffic and he missed the parked car

The only that comes to mind is...Swerve! or even just lean over and the bike wold have missed that first tree
