Winter coming and it's time to put away my bike. I understand all the steps in the  owner's manual but one, When you put the Fuel stabillizer in do you let it run for a little bit and just turn it off?? I know on 600 to 1000 you turn the fuel off and then let it run tho the carbs but we can't turn our fuel off so Im not really sure how to do it?

In the "on" position, it is actually "off" when the engine is not running, the handbooks calls this automatic. To let fuel flow freely into carbs use the PRI(me) position but don't leave it on PRI, put back to ON. OR simply leave the petcock in the ON position, run it for a moment or to, then shut her down.

So all you have to do is put the fuel stabbillizer in the tank and then leave it on the (on) position and let it run for alittle then turn the kill switch to off??

Cal Price

That is how I read it, I don't winterise but I am sure that is correct.
