04 brake question

will the master cylinder/caliper work fine on with the wheel/rotor from a '94?  i know the pad shape changed one year and i wasnt sure which year and if the rotor changed at all.....
i havent posted in a long time but im still lurking!

According to the Ron Ayers parts fiche, there were 4 different part numbers for the front rotor between 1989 and 2002.  (See the next-to-last table in my GS500 Brake Parts listing.)  The 2004 rotor may have yet another part number ... I couldn't say.

The front caliper (and pads) changed in 1996, but I understand that all front calipers from 1989-2000 will interchange OK.  Again, I couldn't say about 2001+ models.  It seems like the caliper may have changed again in 2004, but that's not confirmed (in my mind anyway).
