Axle Recall 04F

Got a recall notice on my daughter' 04F something to do with the rear axle. She took it in and was a five minute fix. Anyone else get one?

We have been swapping bikes lately. My little 5'2" 17 year girl has been riding my  big DL-1000 V-Strom and I have been riding her little GS-500f. I love it!

Interesting. Most here have assumed the 04F is a faired 01-03 model as it would appear generally speaking. I wonder if the 01-03's are getting a recall also or if they did something different in the 04?

wow...a 5'2" can ride a Vstrom??...then no one should have any reason to lower the GS then...

I received something in the mail from Suzuki yesterday, but I haven't opened it yet as it looked like it was just a mailing trying to get me to buy an extended warranty.

Will have to check it out tonight.
