EAST coast-who has kerry's valve adjusting kit?

How does this circle work?  How far does the kit travel?  I'm in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada).  My bike is unservicable right now, but I'm thinking of making it a winter project....

I'd like to get the kit when whoever is next is finished.  I have two excellent sets of feeler guages and a new set of calipers that I can add to the set if they are needed.  If not, I will add whatever shims that I have extra.

Thanks, Nathan!!  I got the valve kit in the mail today.  I am gonna try to go ahead and adjust my valves this weekend so, I will be ready to send to the next person in line.  There was money in the kit, am I supposed to add to the money that is in it when I pass it on?  Anyway, thanks for sending so quickly!!

Id like to be next, I measured mine today and the exhausts are both able to fit a .152 but not a  .178, out of spec. So do I just give my address, add a little cash and my old shims,and then pay to ship it to the next in line? This is pretty sweet !
