dash and headlights flash when bike first started

I noticed this last night.. never happened before.  Right when I start the bike all the lights kind of intermittently flash off for just a brief moment and then back on... stay on for a second or so then flash off then on again...  I tried tapping/knocking on the headlight housing and moving the handlebars left and right at no avail.  


I know I have 2057 taillight bulbs rather than 1157...  and my RR *might* be bad from goat's....  any other clues?

I'm pretty sure they turned totally off... I flipped the lights from high to low a couple times, messed with the turns and tapped on the forward controls and whatnot at no avail


After I start riding it seems to go away.. heck it might have been a one-time occurance...
