Actually, he beat me off the line but I took him when he had to turn around at the end of the block so he wouldn't get grounded.

I used to have cars try to race me on my old 600's.  None on the R1.

Street racing is ghey unless your a member of Biker Boyz.

You know what's fun?  Go to a track that has folks running shifter carts.  Try to keep up with one of those!  Yikes!  I got lapped by one on a tight track last year....needless to say I was a little ashamed until the guy told me that his lap times match or exceed AMA Superbike times on some tracks.

Undefeated so far.  But I don't race much anymore ever since Paper Cut got hurt.  Now mostly I just use the GS to pull my sister into town on her roller blades.

none, yet. I'm supposed to race one of my co-workers when I get my bike running again. I think he has a late 80s BMW 5-series. I don't even know what kind of car he has  :lol:. Shows you how serious we are about it.

There's a light near my house where the right-most lane (of 4) merges in just after the light.  Everybody tries to cut in front from there, and it makes me mad...constantly.  I was waiting at the light last summer and some 17 year-old kid pulled up next to me in a civic with a garbage can-sized exhaust and a huge F40 style wing on the back.  He kept looking at me and inching towards the line.

I smoked him.  It felt good.  Apparently the $3000 he spent on a body kit would have been better spent getting a faster car.

Generally, I just drive normally and try not to get killed in DC traffic.

This chick on a Vespa scooter raced me last week.  She had me by a few bike lengths at 100 mph but once I shifted into second gear I smoked her ass!
