So It was a beuterfull weather here in Chicago today and I wnt out for a ride and some how got a really big nail im my rear tire. Luckely I noticed it right away and did not ride the bike on a flat.

I am woundering if any one has a step by step prcedure (preferably with pictures) on how to change a rear tire. I am not very good when it comes to mechanics so as fool prove as possible please.

And just to make sure I have to get the BT 45 Size 130/70 H17 right?

i found this guide a few days ago.  it seems to be fairly detailed and comprehencive.

however, after reading the whole thing, i decided that it is not a job i'd want to do myself.

Most shops will not charge too much if you bring the wheel to them.
I think mine charges $20 with the balancing.
